asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in view of the fact that Senor Miranda did not come to this country on 10th January as previously announced by the Minister of State, when he is likely to come here.

Mr. McNeil

Senor Miranda has given no further indication of the date on which he would propose to visit this country.

Mr. Teeling

In view of that reply, may I ask the right hon. Gentleman if he can give us any information whether this question will be discussed in the negotiations which, I understand, are to take place because Senor Miranda is not coming here?
