§ 4. Mr. Molsonasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that, although in accordance with the advice contained in his departmental letter NW/935/717A/2/2 dated 2nd November, 1948, application was duly made by the Buxton Corporation both to his Department and to the Regional Planning Officer for authority to rehouse on the Lad Manlow site the squatters in the Empire Hotel, no answer has been received from either Department; and what action he proposes to take.
§ Mr. BevanI regret the delay in dealing with this difficult case and I am taking steps to clear it up as quickly as possible.
