WilsonSince 1st July, 1948, when the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, came into force, five applications have been made for certificates under Section 14 (4) for permission to erect industrial buildings having an aggregate floor space exceeding 5,000 square feet in the city of Portsmouth. Four of these applications have been granted and the fifth is at present under consideration.
