§ Mr. T. WilliamsOne hundred and thirty-eight proposals have been received for improvement schemes in Caernarvon-shire. Fifty-four have been approved in principle. Fourteen detailed schemes have been submitted; while none of these has been formally approved, authority to carry out urgent work has been given to 19 applicants.
