§ The Secretary of State for Scotland (Mr. Woodburn)I beg to move, in page 2, line 20, at the beginning, to insert:
For Section thirty-three of the principal Act there shall be substituted the following Section:— 33.This Amendment is necessary because a new Clause was added to the Bill, and the necessity for stating that this was a Clause substituted for Section 33 of the Act by a clerical error did not appear on the Amendment Paper.
