Resolved:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision as to the operation of the law in relation to India, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of the Consolidated Fund or of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in sums payable thereout which is attributable to any Order in Council under the said Act for modifying law to which the said Act extends."—[Mr. P.
