§ Mr. Wilfred PalingI regret that it is not possible at present to provide telephones for all applicants in Bridgend; some are held up through lack of line plant and others owing to the heavy pressure of essential work now on hand. No lines have been provided for Mr. Powell, but I understand that he has arranged with certain subscribers to use their lines.
