§ 38. Mr. Piratinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Commissioner of Police, in watching for sadistic literature, directed to the young and imported from the United States of America and Canada, has requested the Director of Public Prosecutions to forward him copies of the publications referred to in his speech on 28th January at Portsmouth.
