§ Mr. GaitskellHad coal merchants in the Spilsby district taken their full allocation of opencast coal, the stocks in that area would have been at a satisfactory level. It is hoped, however, to restore the stock position in the next few weeks by sending to Spilsby a part of the coal which is being switched from London to the North.
