§ Mr. T. WilliamsI am aware of the good work that has been done by the panel set up by the Somerset Committee and by similar panels in other counties. The organisation of the work of livestock improvement differs from county to county according to circumstances, but I shall be glad to encourage the setting up of such panels where they do not exist and appear to be needed.
