Resolved: That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act, 1943, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase resulting from any of the provisions of the said Act of the present Session in the expenses which, under paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act, 1943, are to be defrayed out of moneys so provided."—[Mr. Marquand.]
