§ Mr. G. R. StraussI am not aware of any general shortage of these tools. Supplies of sugar-beet forks for the present season will not be less than were available last season. There may, however, be seasonal shortages locally of all types of spades and forks. If the hon. Members have evidence of a shortage in a particular area and will let me have details, I will draw the manufacturers' attention to it.
