asked the President of the Board of Trade when he will be in a position to announce the establishment and membership of the Commission of Inquiry into the distribution and exhibition of films.

My right hon. Friend is now engaged in constituting the Committee, and he expects to be able to announce the names of the members and the terms of reference in the very near future.
