asked the Secretary of State for War if his attention has been drawn to the case of a civilian who lived at Hillsea Barracks, 661 Portsmouth, for six months without being discovered; and what steps are being taken to ensure that other unauthorised persons are not living at the Government's expense in other military establishments.
