§ Mr. MayhewYes, Sir. The United Nations Special Committee on the Balkans have considered the reports made by observer groups on the Greco-Yugoslav incident of 8th September, and have concluded that "there was no evidence that either Greek or Yugoslav Governments planned a deliberate incursion into the territory of their neighbour."
