§ 1. Mr. J. B. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the fact that wages due to dockworkers at Wilhelmshaven naval dockyard were seized along with the dockyard funds at the time of the German capitulation in 1945; that, although these wages are recognised as an outstanding claim against the confiscated funds, they have not yet been paid; and whether he will expedite a settlement of this matter.
