Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how many locally recruited officers are serving in administrative position in Government service in the Federation of Malaya and in Singapore; and what provision exists for the holding of entrance examinations locally for the recruitment of Asiatics of the same standard as Europeans.
