asked the Minister of Works if he will allow owners or occupiers to do work to the value of £10, excluding the value of their own labour.

In the period of six months ending 31st July next, an owner or occupier can put in hand work up to the value of £10, with the addition of £2 in each month, without having to apply for a licence. This excludes the value of his own labour.
