§ 19. Mr. Odeyasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the increased cost of building and the recent increase in the interest rates for loans raised for housing purposes, he will introduce legislation to increase the annual contribution of £16 10s. per house which is made by Parliament and local authorities under the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1946.
