§ 31 and 32. Mr. G. Langasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) why Mr. Baker, of the Watch Tower Society, was deprived of his- personal library of literature when he arrived at 1220 Takoradi in June last; and why, despite repeated requests, it has not been restored to him;
(2) why certain books on religious subjects, published by the Watch Tower Bible Society and freely circulated in this country, were banned from circulation in the Gold Coast.
