I beg to move, in page 9, line 36, at the end, to insert: ֵ(4) Before giving directions under Subsection (2) of this Section the Board shall consult with such local authorities or associations of local authorities as appear to the Board to be concerned. This Amendment is intended to carry out an undertaking that I gave to the Committee.
