§ Mr. H. WilsonYes, Sir. I am glad to say that, as a result of this meeting, the North-East Trading Estate Company have agreed to amend their articles of association in accordance with my wishes. I hope that the new articles, which will give me power to appoint the directors, will come into force on 1st May next.
