§ Mr. IsaacsThe initiative for the establishment of this Commission came from the industry. At the invitation of the parties, I appointed a chairman and two independent members to serve on the Commission. I have now received from the Commission a copy of an Interim Report which they have presented to the two sides of the industry and in view of its importance I have arranged for it to be issued as a Stationery Office publication.
