31. Mr. De la B¸reasked the Minister of Food to what countries the considerable quantities of crude sugar which were imported into this country and refined here have been exported; and what foodstuffs we are receiving in return for the refined sugar thus exported.
§ Mr. StracheyDetails of our sugar exports appear in the Trade and Navigation Accounts. Any available foodstuff can be bought with the foreign currencies so earned.
