I beg to move, in page 41, line 20, to leave out from "on," to end of line 21, and to insert: the fifth day of July, nineteen hundred and forty-eight. I should call attention to this Amendment. It sets out the date on which the Act will come into force, thus rendering unnecessary the making of an Order.
