Mr. McNeilI am advised that our authorities have no record of any Soviet citizens having entered the British zones of Germany and Austria or left en route for Palestine during this period. The remainder of the Question does not therefore arise.
§ Major BeamishWill the Minister of State look further into this? Is he aware that numbers of Zionists wearing Communist badges have arrived recently from the Soviet Union en route for Palestine, and does he think it right that these people should be partly maintained at the cost of the British taxpayers?
Mr. McNeilI will, of course, be glad to look at any details which the hon. and gallant Gentleman has to submit, but we have no records bearing out his innuendoes.
