§ 41. Mr. Lipsonasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he is aware that by declaring invalid coupons accepted for commercial petrol between 21st May and 31st May he has deprived garage proprietors of the coupons they require now for petrol for private users; and will he take steps to remedy this forthwith.
§ Mr. GaitskellNo instructions to this effect were issued. In certain cases where the instructions which were issued were misunderstood steps have been taken to remedy the matter.
