§ The Minister of Supply (Mr. G. R. Strauss)The authorised prices of stainless steel are set out in the Related Schedule No. 20 of the Control of Iron and Steel (No. 62) Order, 1948. The schedule is available for inspection by anyone interested, in London and in the main provincial centres.
§ Mr. ShepherdIs not the price of stainless steel in this country much higher than it is in other countries, and what is the Minister doing to make available facilities to manufacturers in this country to produce to capacity?
§ Mr. StraussI think that the manufacturers have every facility to produce steel, which they are doing in large quantities.
