§ Mr. H. WilsonLicences for the import of Portuguese wines have, in fact, been granted on a scale agreed with the Portuguese Government. According to my information, United Kingdom exports to Portugal are not, in general, subject to severe restrictions, but if the hon. Member has any particular case in mind, I shall be glad to look into it.
