I beg to move, as an Amendment to the Lords Amendment, at end to add: or in section fourteen of the Summary Jurisdiction Act, 1848. This is a drafting Amendment and it is thought desirable to make it clear that the provision of Section 14 of the Summary Jurisdiction Act, 1848, concerns the procedure of Subsection (2) of the Clause.
