§ 27. Mr. Skinnardasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what changes are being made in the composition of the Legislative Council of Barbados; and whether he is satisfied that they meet the wishes of the members.
§ The Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr. Creech Jones)I have approved a proposal to increase the membership of the Legislative Council from 10 to not more than 15, with a view to increasing the representative character of the Council.
