In view of the public concern about this matter, will the right hon. Gentleman speed up the decision?

Will my right hon. Friend bear in mind that the proposals which the Press now tell us are being made by the Minister of Civil Aviation will deal a staggering blow to the British aircraft industry, will smash a factory which made a major contribution to our war industry, and will completely frustrate the appeals for extra work in Lancashire to meet the export gap? Why is it proposed to spend money unnecessarily abroad on purchasing goods that can be made in this country, and made here better than anywhere else?
