§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterIn considering that answer, has the Prime Minister borne in mind the statement in the second paragraph of the Preamble to the Statute of Westminster that the assent of this House, as of the Dominion Parliaments, will in future be required for any change in the Royal Title; and if that assent is not to be given by way of legislation, is it proposed that it shall be given by way of Motion?
