27. Mr. Derek Walker-Smith

asked the Minister of Food whether, in view of the relaxation of the restrictions on private building announced on 25th June, 1948, he will reconsider his decision of 26th May, 1948, not to support the application of the Bishops Stortford Dairy Farmers, Ltd., for a building licence for extensions to their South Mill Dairy.

Although the industrial building position is still difficult, I am glad to say that it is now possible to support this application.
