The Committee on Milk Distribution has made certain recommendations on this point which I am considering.

Mr. Amory

Does not the hon. Lady agree that this is an elementary right of housewives to which they attach great importance?

If the hon. Gentleman will be a little patient we shall, I hope, be able to make an answer very soon.

Has nothing happened in the last 12 months, because the hon. Lady a year ago gave precisely the same answer to me in reply to a similar Question?

Because the rationalisation of the milk industry has saved manpower.
