§ Mr. J. StracheyYes, Sir.
§ 85. Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyreasked the Minister of Food if he will give an assurance that whatever quantities of grain are received by this country under the Anglo-Russian Trade Agreement, such deliveries will not lead to a reduction of any allocation by the International Emergency Food Council.
§ Mr. StracheyThe recommendations of the International Emergency Food Council regarding the distribution of cereals relate only to bread grains. The Russian coarse grains purchased by this country will be used mainly for animal feeding.
