§ Mr. RaikesArising out of the right hon. Gentleman's answer, if it means anything, does it mean that outstanding loans will be taken into account, and that the ratepayers of Wigan will be robbed of £500,000?
§ Mr. GaitskellIf the Wigan Corporation were to be compensated in the way implied by the hon. Member, the consumers of gas in the Wigan and Lancashire areas would have to pay far more for their gas.
