Mr. McNeilQuite plainly it is most inappropriate to ask His Majesty's Government to publish a translation of documents which, if I understood my hon. Friend aright, are in Soviet possession.
§ Mr. Eric FletcherIn view of the fact that a limited number of copies of this publication, as published by the Americans, are available in certain libraries in this country, is it not desirable that there should be an official British publication on the matter?
