'police authority,' in relation to any regulations made under the Police (Overseas Service) Act, 1945, means the Secretary of State, and in any other case has the same meaning as in Section thirty of the Police Pensions Act, 1921.This is merely a question of definition. I do not think there is any point of substance arising on it.
