§ 17. Major Bruceasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many pensions granted under the Police Pensions Act of 1921 have been forfeited in whole or in part since the passing of that Act.
§ Mr. EdeSo far as the Metropolitan police district is concerned, 16 pensions have been forfeited in whole since 1921, five of which were subsequently resumed, and one has been forfeited in part, payment in that case being subsequently resumed. I have no information as regards the rest of the country.
