§ Mr. BevinThe "Pan Crescent" and "Pan York" left Bourgas in Bulgaria on 27th December with 15,169 Jewish illegal immigrants bound for Palestine. The majority of the passengers were indigenous Roumanian Jews, who travelled to this Bulgarian port for embarkation.
§ Mr. ReidIf these ships sailed under false colours, and if the ships' papers were correct, how did they manage to leave these ports?
§ Mr. BevinWe have inquired about the ships' papers. As for colours, they were at one time registered with Panama.
