§ 33. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Transport the salaries to be paid to the chairman, full-time and part-time members of the Roads Executive, respectively; and the duration of their appointments.
§ Mr. BarnesThe authorised salaries for the chairman, full-time members and part-time members of the Road Transport Executive are £5,000, £3,500 and £750 per annum respectively. The present term of office of the chairman and the other full-time members will expire on 30th September, 1952, and of the part-time members on 30th September, 1950.

§ Mr. BarnesThe procedure generally is to agree upon an aggregate sum for expenses to cover all the members of any particular Executive.
