§ The Chairman of Ways and Means (Major Milner)I beg to move,
That the several Amendments to Standing Orders relating to Private Business hereinafter stated in Schedule (A) be made, that Standing Orders 190 (Order of Proceedings in the House on Private Business) and 245 (Withdrawal of Petitions and Memorials), relating to Private Business be repealed, and that the new Standing Orders hereinafter stated in Schedule (B) be made.
