Mrs. Castleasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that, although the report of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe was reviewed in the British Press on 6th April, no copy of the report was available in the Library until 12th April; and whether he will take steps to see that copies of all documents published by the United Nations are placed in the Library not later than the date on which they are made available to the Press.
