§ Mr. YoungerI beg to move, in page 27, line 22, after "treated," to insert:
or, in the case of a person registered as a non-resident, for a ballot paper not to be sent to the address furnished by him.This and the next Amendment relate to the circumstances in which a postal voting application will cease to have effect. The first concerns the person who asks that it should cease to have effect, and the second concerns the person who is already registered, and becomes registered by virtue of different qualifications—from being a resident to being a non-resident voter, or vice versa.
