Consequential Amendment made.

I beg to move, in line 45, column 2, after "two," to insert: in Subsection (2) for the words 'penal servitude or imprisonment,' there shall be substituted the words 'imprisonment or detention' and. This and the two following Amendments and another further down the Order Paper relate to the same matter. They are drafting Amendments consequential upon the abolition of penal servitude and the need to cover other forms of detention such as corrective training, preventive detention and Borstal training.
