I beg to move, in page 59, line 41, at the end, to insert: and different days may be appointed by any such Order for the purposes of different provisions of this Act. As the noble Lord the Member for Horsham (Earl Winterton) pointed out, we could hardly expect to bring a Bill of this complexity into operation on a single day, especially as the physical provision of some of the institutions may take some time. Therefore it is desirable that we should have power to bring the various provisions of the Bill into operation as and when opportunity occurs.
