asked the Minister of Food if the stocks of grain which he is building up are all in this country; or in what countries they are situated.

Mr. Strachey

We do not intend to build up stocks of grain in other countries. We shall ship our purchases to the United Kingdom, as quickly as circumstances will allow.

Is it correct that some of the Russian grain has been shipped to Denmark?

It is quite incorrect.
