asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs wether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the British Government Ordinance for the breaking up of estates in the British zone of Germany.

Copies of this Ordinance can be obtained from His Majesty's Stationery Office, and it is accordingly not proposed to publish it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
