§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Mr. Lindgren)I beg to move, in page 6, line 8, at the end, to add:
(2) Any reference to the Minister of Civil Aviation in any other Section of the said Act, as amended by the Ministry of Civil Aviation Act, 1945, shall be omitted.This is a drafting Amendment which brings the other Sections of the Ships and Aircraft (Transfer Restrictions) Act into line with subsequent legislation.
